Operations Coordinator
As another Heller who’s an integral part of family-owned-and-operated EPL, Rod’s daughter Jenna is the glue that holds the team together as our operations coordinator. Throughout her nearly 10 years with EPL, she’s managed human resources and project administration, and serves as the company’s office manager.
While the project designers and developers determine work in collaboration with clients to identify the solution that will best achieve desired outcomes, Jenna helps clients fund the project with incentives and rebates.
Jenna knows Focus on Energy’s commercial lighting rebate programs inside and out, and has great relationships with the reps who manage them. She helps clients navigate incentive paperwork to get every dollar they have coming to them.
Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Herzing University. She has her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a notary public. She’s also an active member of the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
